Objective: My objective is to analyze and optimize frequency in social media engagement for Legoland devlopmen using Python, Machine Learning, and Social Media APIs to:

✔ Increase engagement by 20% through data-driven insights. ✔ Identify characteristics of top-performing posts (content type, hashtags, timing, sentiment). ✔ Predict future post success using a machine learning model. ✔ Optimize posting frequency for maximum audience interaction. ✔ Create a dashboard for marketing teams and healthcare professionals to track engagement trends.

User Story: As a marketing team for Legoland devlopment, I want to analyze user frequency in social media engagement for Legoland.

Phase 1: Data Collection 1️⃣ Identify Data Sources Determine where Palomar Health Media publishes content (website, social media pages, blogs).

Identify platforms used: Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or their website.

Phase 2: Extract Post Data Gather:

  • Post content (text, images, videos, hashtags).

  • Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, views).

  • Posting time & frequency (day, time of post).

  • Use APIs, web scraping, or available internal data sources.

🔹 Phase 3: Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) Identify Engagement Patterns Determine:

  • Which content types (text, video, images) perform best.

  • Best posting times (day & hour with highest engagement).

  • Hashtag & keyword trends that drive engagement.

Visualize Trends & Insights Generate graphs & charts showing:

  • Engagement by content type (text, video, images).

  • Engagement by post frequency (daily, weekly).

  • Peak engagement times (when the audience is most active).

  • Post length, media type, sentiment, hashtags, posting time.

  • Use results to recommend high-engagement content strategies.
